何度も体感や経験している事なのに、その都度毎回感動する事があります。
音楽で言えば、ジミ・ヘンドリックスの「Little Wing」のイントロを聴くたびに、こんな出だしで始まる曲があるのかといつも感動してしまいます。
映画では「Buena Vista Social Club」でオマーラ・ポルトゥオンドとイブライム・フェレールが互いに向かい合って歌っているシーンを見ると毎回涙が出ます。
飲み物だとこの時期にアイリッシュ・コーヒーを飲むと、こんなにシンプルなレシピなのに複雑なレイヤーの味わいがあって、発明した人は天才といつも感心しています。
季節を問わずモンキー47で作ったジントニックを飲むと、確実にモンキー47が誕生するまでのジントニックの世界観を変えたと思ってしまいます。
先日この冬初めて牡蠣フライを食べました。生牡蠣に粉と卵、パン粉をつけて油で揚げたこの一品も何度も食べていますが、その美味しさにやっぱり感動しました。どこにでも売っている普通のウスターソースをかけて食べるのが好きです。

For movies, to watch the scene of Omara portuondo and Ibrahim ferrer are singing face to face in Buena Vista Social Club that brings tears to my eyes.
For drinks, in this season, When I drink Irish Coffee, definitely I think it’s a genius person who invented this king of coffee cocktail that has a complicated layer taste even such a simple ingredients.
Although, whenever I drink Monkey 47 Tonic I think that changed a world of Gin Tonic before Monkey 47 was born.
One day, I ate simply deep-fried oysters with Japanese worcester sauce I’ve had lots of times, and I was deeply moved obviously.
