行ったことはないですが、とても親近感を抱いてる国アイルランドのウイスキーを使った名作カクテルです。
シンプルなレシピからは想像ができないほどの複雑なレイヤーがある味わい、時間とともに変化していく甘さ、違う温度の素材が合わさった時の驚きと楽しさ、創り出した人が御存命だったら会って握手がしたい！（今はダメか、、、）
桜がチラチラと咲きはじめましたね。
